EU Domestic and International Shipments
If goods are lost or seized at customs with 1st delivery, we offer the possibility of sending 2nd shipments for free.
If goods are lost or detained at customs with 2nd attempt we offer the option of 3rd shipmnet for half-price. 
We will try to deliver your goods within 1-15 working days but delay in delivery is sometimes outside of our control.
Please note, that re-shipping will be available 42 days after first shipment.

US Domestic
In the event that a shipment is damaged, lost during transit, or not received within 21 days of the provision of the tracking number, customers must notify us and provide pictures of the package. The pictures must clearly show the address and the damaged products. If the package is lost, the customer must provide a letter or relevant documentation from the postal services confirming the loss. Once all necessary proof has been received, we will proceed with a reshipment or a refund. Please allow us 7 days to process damaged/loss inquiries

EU Domestic and International Shipments
Once payment is received, your order will be sent within 72 hours. Delivery time is 1-15 working days (depending on destination). Shipping time will depend of customs capability, international transit, bank holidays etc.
We will try to deliver your goods within 1-15 business days but delays in delivery are sometimes out of our hands.

USA Domestic
All orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days upon receipt of payment. Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days from the date of shipment. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or high demand periods.

In case your order has been damaged during the shipping process, we will ask you to provide the following details.
-A good quality detailed pictures of the packaging
-Picture of a clearly visible receivers’ details (the text to be easy to read on the picture)
-A HQ photo of all damaged products (in a single picture)
In case if you think, that the package has been seized, please provide the following details for resolving this issue.
The re-shipping can only be requested after 42 days (6 weeks) from the date of order dispatch.
-Please provide the tracking number, which has been issued to you by us.
A new receivers name and address is mandatory (for re-shipping)
There were no cases of delivery seizure in those countries. But, in unlikely event of such an issue will be taking place, we will take all the necessary precautions and provide you with the guaranteed re-shipping option.
Return policy details?
In case if you have received the wrong product, the correct products will be re-shipped for free. Wrong product to be sent back UNOPENED.
In the unlikely event of products to arrive damaged due to improper packaging by, products will be re-shipped free of charge if a claim is made and proof of improper packaging is given.

Returns are accepted only if products are proven to be unused.
